Some MVNOs in China have found their own market positions, gaining benefits and the user base has been raised rapidly in 2016, though MVNOs have been put in the line of fire by telecommunications fraud and real-name system problems.
According to the latest statistics, China's mobile resale service subscribers have exceeded 43 million by the end of 2016, accounting for 3% of the total mobile subscribers nationwide. Various service forms had a good effect on the whole mobile resale service market and drove its developments. China's 18 MVNOs have got over 500,000 subscribers respectively, 11 of them have got over 1 million separately, 7 of them had over 2 million separately and one of them had over 8 million, which tells the strong competitiveness of MVNO.
In addition to designing and planning of basic communication service packages, China's MVNOs have also quested in the Internet and IoT industry.
Besides, some MVNOs have even gained benefits in the quarter in 2016.
