Recently China Telecom has cooperated with several domestic mobile phone vendors and jointly developed more than ten secure phones that support all the three major operators’ networks, these vendors include Coolpad, ZTE, Huawei and Hisense, the prices of these phones range from 1000 yuan to 5000 yuan and will be on sale in the near future. It is reported that all these secure phones adopt level-4 all-round protection technologies, which can highly guarantee the information security of the users, this is also the first time that telecom operators extensively develop secure phones.
At the end of November, China Telecom and Coolpad jointly launched Bodun, the first secure phone that supports all networks in China, it not only possesses all the characteristics of high-end mobile phones, but also is excellent in security, Bodun integrates the security capabilities of devices, network and Apps into a complete set of secure phone products and services, which effectively solved the common information security problems at present.
As we have learnt, the secure phones that China Telecom launched are all featured by level-4 all-round protections including "call security", "encryption call", “secure APP software" and "security insurance", combined with the characteristics of security, confidentiality and anti-interference of China Telecom CDMA network, it can prevent the leakage of users’ privacy and eavesdropping in the maximum way and effectively guarantee the basic communication security.
