According to a notice of listed company Datang Telecom, the former assistant to the president of China Putian Group, the president of Putian Capitel Group, Wang Pengfei was appointed as vice president of Datang Telecom.
The notice said that "the motion on the appointment of Deputy General Manager" has examined and approved, Wang Pengfei was officially appointed as deputy general manager.
Wang Pengfei was served as office director of China Putian Information Industry Group, the former assistant to the president, vice president of Nanjing Putian, senior vice president of Beijing Capitel and president of Putian Capitel Group.
Cao Bin, the current chairman of Datang Telecom, was served as vice president of System Business Division, China Putian Information Industry Group, secretary and vice president of Putian Institute.
Huang Zhiqin, vice president of Datang Telecom Technology Industry Group, also was served as former chairman of Nanjing Putian, vice president of Putian Information Industry Group. That means, Huang Zhiqin, Cao Bin and Wang Pengfei, all of them have worked in Putian for a long time. (by Nye Sha)
