The official strategic cooperation agreement was signed on November 25, under which, Pudong Development Bank and China Mobile will cooperate in areas including on-site payment and remote payment services and share customer service resources.

Currently, there are more than 20 million users of UnionPay mobile payments and in the first half of this year, the number of transactions surpassed 65 million with the value exceeding 23 billion yuan, according to data released by China UnionPay.
