A person in charge of China Mobile’s southern base, told C114 that Guangdong Mobile has built a TD-LTE trail network and gradually put into use. According to China Mobile’s pre-commercial TD-LTE network deployments plan, at the end of October, six cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Nanjing, Xiamen will build 3060 TD-LTE Base Stations, with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan.
The reporter was informed that, after China Telecom and China Unicom launching tablets, China Mobile also will enter the field of tablet PCs and will launch their own Tablet PC at the end of this year.
