Shareholders of China Unicom adopted the company's resolution to sell off its CDMA network and merge with China Netcom at the extraordinary general meeting held on Tuesday.

As the company launched three road shows respectively in Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen to cope with investors' concerns, the voting process was smooth with no objection or abstention.
