ISS recommends China Unicom shareholders to vote for disposal of company¡¯s CDMA business
The Institutional Shareholder Services (“ISS”), recommended the shareholders of China Unicom to vote in favour of the proposal for disposal of the company’s CDMA business as part of the restructuring of China’s telecom sector.
ISS said: “Given the potential long-term benefits of the CDMA disposal to the Company and its shareholders as a whole, a vote supporting this proposal is recommended.”
