Media speculations regarding the results of China Telecom’s CDMA contract continued yesterday but there seemed to be silver lining for ZTE as reports suggested that the company may have not actually lost a major share of the project to rivals particularly to Huawei.
Earlier media reports stated that Huawei had bagged upto 70 percent of the CDMA contract. Later some other reports mentioned that in fact it was ZTE which bagged 50 percent of the contract.
ZTE shares though climbed after a declining trend for the past 10 days.
