Huawei Technologies Co Ltd, a leading provider of next generation telecommunications network solutions for operators around the world, said it had won the system upgrading project of the 11185 customer service call center from China Post.
Huawei will adopt its IPCC integrated solution in the first stage of the 11185 system upgrading project, covering 14 Chinese provinces. The entire solution is characterized by its safe system strategy, good compatibility, high reliability and expandability, which will ensure the stability and safety of China Post's call center system.
China Post will have a unified service standard nationwide after the upgrade, and a network call center will connect China Post's national central platform with the provincial platforms, which allows load sharing, disaster recovery and resource sharing within the network.
Earlier this month, Huawei announced it has won the bid to build China's first 40G Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) transmission network between Shanghai and Wuxi for China Telecom.
