Bestpay, China Telecom's third party payment platform, has gained over 300 million users by far with more than 30 million monthly active users.
Owning more than 1.1 million stores and nearly 150 E-commerce venture partners, Bestpay is not only the first major communication fee recharge service provider, but also the largest livelihood payment service provider in China.
So far, Bestpay has achieved strategic cooperation with some well-known Internet companies such as Alibaba and Xiaomi to offer safe and convenient services to the users.
