China Telecom and Alibaba Group signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing on May 13.
The two giants, according to the agreement, will carry out extensive in-depth cooperation in E-commerce, basic network and security, marketing services, cloud computing, payment, rural channels, terminals and Internet of Things, corporate procurement services and other fields. They are strategic big customers to each other and will strengthen the cooperation in intelligent connection, intelligent family, new ICT application, Internet finance, Internet of things for China Telecom and new retail, new manufacturing, new finance, new technology and new energy for Alibaba.
The two companies have cooperated in many fields such as data center, basic communication capability, e-commerce and mobile payment, achieving innovation in product, business and marketing and a win-win.
