MII Grants NOVA the First Batch of IP-VPN Licenses in China

Recently, NOVA was granted the first batch of IP-VPN service license by the Ministry of Information Industry (MII). Telecom business is divided into two parts as basic and valued-added telecommunications services. So far, only the IP-VPN licensees can operate IP-VPN services in China, except the six telecom operators. Being one of the first two IP-VPN licensees in China, NOVA has demonstrated her strength and capabilities to the China''s IP-VPN market.
NOVA is one of the first valued-added service providers in China being granted ISP/ICP/SP licenses. It won the Level 1 National System Integration Qualification issued by the Ministry of Information Industry in 2006; and was ranked among the Top 100 Largest Enterprises in the Software Industry for four consecutive years from 2004-2007. NOVA was also once again honoured as a Key Software Enterprise and High-Tech Enterprise by the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Bureau in early 2007.
