ZTE to Showcase World-Class Solutions Portfolio at Infocom Moscow 2007

ZTE Corporation (^ZTE ̄), a leading global provider of telecommunications equipment and network solutions, announced today that the company will be exhibiting and presenting in Russia¨s biggest annual ICT show, the Infocom Moscow 2007 to be held from 24-27 October, to showcase its world-class solutions portfolio as a global industry leader.
As one of the major show exhibitors, ZTE will demonstrate its comprehensive, customer-oriented and integrated wireless, optical and data telecommunications solutions for WCDMA network, GSM, 2G/3G hybrid network, IMS-based network convergence, open service platform, as well as different types of terminals. ^Over the years, ZTE has been closely partnering with Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) carriers and government organizations to provide quality and innovative technologies to its customers, ̄ said Mr. Ding Haomin, Chief Representative of ZTE Russia. Infocom Moscow 2007 will bring together international ICT industry professionals and gurus into one venue to provide their insights and share the latest industry developments. More than 150 exhibitors will demonstrate their latest ICT products at the event, including prominent multinational companies such as Nokia Siemens Networks, Ericsson, ALCATEL / Lucent Technologies and British Telecom. At the event, ZTE will also be providing an overview on how it has been helping various countries worldwide establish their communication networks. For example, the company was recently appointed by AR Telecom to build Portugal¨s backbone transmission network; partnered with CMPak of Pakistan for GSM network expansion in the country; helped Tunisie Telecom deploy the national transmission network in Tunisia; and collaborated with Telkom Indonesia (^Telkom ̄) to help expand the CDMA2000 network capacity for national coverage in Indonesia. ZTE¨s full product portfolio continues to rank among the best in the industry. During the first half of 2007, the company tallied 240% and 300% increase in CDMA base station shipment and GSM volume shipment, respectively. In the same period, it also achieved remarkable business results, with revenues reaching RMB15.232 billion, 43.85% higher than the revenue in the same period last year, and net profit of RMB460 million, 32.5% higher than with the corresponding period in 2006. To date, ZTE has provided its products and services in over 120 countries and regions, and has established partnerships with over 500 operators worldwide.
