NTT Communications Corporation (NTT Com) and Beijing Blue I.T. Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as ChinaCache), a leading content distribution network (CDN) service provider in China, today jointly announced their conclusion of a strategic partnership agreement. Under the terms of the agreement, NTT Com and ChinaCache will work together to promote CDN services in the global market, utilizing each other''s platforms to provide these services to potential customers starting February 9th, 2007. This is the first instance of full-scale CDN commercialization between a Japanese telecommunication company and a Chinese CDN provider.
