LG Electronics is showcasing the future of laptop technology with the launch of its latest line of notebooks, the S510, R510 and R410, which adopt Intel Centrino2, Intel's next generation mobile platform.

With user-convenience in mind, the S510 and R510 feature a 15.4-inch LED Backlit LCD, which presents 50 percent better and clearer quality of image than the average screens. The S510 and R510 weigh 2.43kg and 2.55kg respectively while the R410 weighs 2.27kg with a 14.1-inch screen.

K W Kim, CEO of LG Electronics Middle East and Africa Regional Company, said that the new notebooks allow faster and more stable media-related performance, including HD moving image encoding/editing and multitasking as well as easy connection with peripheral multimedia devices via high speed wireless LAN.

The three new products present perfect materialisation of characteristics of the Montevina Platform.
