Wi-Fi TV Inc, operator of live TV stations and other video-based contents, said on Wednesday it is preparing to set up a subsidiary to further develop and deploy its Social Internet TV plan for China, the world's largest internet market, sources reported.

Wi-Fi TV Inc plans to initially set up the subsidiary in the U.S., and this subsidiary will be affiliated to either an existing or newly formed company incorporated in China and owned by China-based partners. Wi-Fi TV believes it will be able to reach millions of Chinese internet users after it has developed its Chinese site.

China is the fastest growing internet market in the world, and it now has over 160 million internet users. Wi-Fi TV will be webcasting updates directly from Beijing, according to its deployment plans.

Wi-Fi TV website is the only place on the Internet where you can watch hundreds of TV stations and chat with others watching the same program in a live chat box directly under the viewing screen, and get breaking news for each country and category listed.
