Mobile phone maker Motorola disclosed its China strategy that it would keep its focus on PDA mobile phones besides GSM, GSM-CDMA dual-mode, and TD-SCDMA handsets.
On July 8, Motorola launched three new PDA mobile phones in a breath in Beijing, a rare move since last year in face of the fact that its market shares have been on the decline during the past two years.
What is more, Motorola said that it would roll out new models each month from now on. Lately two low-end GSM mobile phones of Motorola had been included on the procurement list of China Mobile.
In the mid July, Motorola will also launch its TD-SCDMA mobile phones, with more music handsets, 3G card handsets, and even CDMA handsets on the way.
The company's future strategy shows that it aims to become an all-powerful mobile phone maker in China with support for all standards such as GSM, CDMA, and TD-SCDMA.
