Integrating 4K video, smart home, home cloud storage and home content delivery network (CDN) functions, the STB won the Best Home Media Device or Service Award for its innovative performance.
The ZXV10 HC100 is a converged STB, which integrates the industry-leading super 4-core central processing unit (CPU) (up to 2.0 Ghz) and special 3D graphics processing unit (GPU) to realize ultra-high definition (UHD) 4K (3840×2160@60 frames per second (fps) 10-Bit colour) and provide users with an excellent video experience. Based on the open Android 5.1 operating system (OS) and supporting Java virtual machine (JVM) for value-added services, the HC100 can provide smart home services such as smart appliance and multi-screen interaction. Through the autonomous network, multiple devices can be interconnected. You can use your smart phone as a remote control or mouse to share videos among PC and TV screens. In addition, the HC100 is equipped with a built-in 2.5-inch hard disk to support home cloud network attached storage (NAS). Through Samba, file management, disk diagnosis and disk sleep functions, the storage data can be well managed and controlled. The STB also supports Home CDN, offline caching, and peer-to-peer (P2P) modes to help TV operators realize off-peak download and minimize the 4K service’s impact on the network. The P2P mode supports deploying CDN to the user side to improve a user’s video experience.
