Since 2011, China Telecom has achieved scale construction of IP RAN network under the LTE strategy and basically realized the local IP RAN network coverage of more than 300 cities, in 2015, China Telecom continued to invest in the LTE network and lay foundation for the seamless experience of LTE. As the major supplier, Huawei assisted China Telecom in the scale deployment of IP RAN in Beijing, Guangzhou, Shenzhen and other super-large cities and key large and medium-sized cities, and provided strong support for the creation of quality carrying network and development of LTE strategy.
In this IP RAN bidding, it would create and expand nearly 300 local networks, which is the largest IP RAN equipment bidding project of China Telecom. Based on its continuous innovation and accumulation in IP RAN solutions, Huawei has won the trust of China Telecom and got the biggest share.
By now, Huawei has accumulatively deployed more than 190 LTE carrying networks in over 100 countries in the world, which carried more than 2.8 million base stations and serviced 1/3 of the world's users.
According to the report of Infonetics Research and other authoritative advisory agencies, Huawei has kept in the first place in the share of global mobile carrying market for 3 consecutive years, which is as high as 31.7%.
