C114 learnt that in this month, Nokia Siemens Networks has sued several lawsuits on 88 employees for labor disputes, it is rare that all the defendants were individuals.
Industry experts explains that Nokia Siemens Networks has been at a loss, and its parent company Nokia also continued to lose shares in smartphone market, earnings pressure is becoming serious. Nokia Siemens Networks need to lay-offs to reduce costs, which resulting in the emergence of large-scale labor disputes in the consultation process with employees.
The lawsuits move means that Nokia Siemens Networks had to through legal means to resolve long-standing backlog of labor disputes.
