Juniper Bidding on USA 3G Network Upgrade
Updated:2008/10/7 11:42
For the second time in as many weeks, Juniper Group says that it has been asked to bid on 250 sites for another of the USA's mobile operators, and while they did not name the company - the mention of a 3G upgrade for the G Phone leaves no doubt that the company is T-Mobile. The average revenue per site can range from $9,000 to $13,000, depending on the upgrade and structural work. Juniper is once more very excited and hopes to win a substantial number of sites. The work on sites should begin some time this month and be predominantly completed in the fourth quarter in line with the G phone launch. Juniper’s CEO, Vlado P. Hreljanovic, states that “We are delighted to be included in the bid invitation with other prestigious contractors in the Indiana area. The Company is confident that it will provide competitive bids and outstanding work product in order to maintain our growth in the marketplace.”
