NokiaSiemens Networks has won an order from Taiwan's Chunghwa Telecom Co Ltd for 3G telecommunications equipment worth 72 million euro, a spokesman for the Finnish-German group confirmed on Tuesday.
Earlier, Chunghwa, Taiwan's largest telecom operator, said it bought T$3.47 billion-worth of equipment for the expansion of its third-generation mobile phone network.
Nokia Siemens Networks is a joint venture between Nokia Oyj of Finland and Siemens AG of Germany.
