China Unicom issued the operating data in December of last year.
Its mobile subscribers with expenditure increased by 832,000 to 263.8 million in December while the 4G subscribers reached 104.6 million with a 5.512 million growth.
During the period, its fixed broadband user base reduced 166,000 to 75.236 million, and the local fixed telephone subscribers hit 66.649 million with a decline of 1.069 million.
