In November, China Unicom's mobile subscribers with expenditure grew 409,000 to 262.99 million, 4G subscribers increased 5.038 million to 99.033 million. A decline of 70,000 happened to fixed broadband subscribers reaching 75.402 million while the local fixed telephone subscribers decreased 607,000 to 67.718 million.
