Yang Xiaowei, general manager of China Telecom said at the summit that China Telecom has become the largest FDD operator and largest ON operator worldwide in 2016, gaining 108 million 4G subscribers and 111 million ON subscribers, and it has sold 100 million CDMA+FDD handsets, advancing its status.
