China Mobile has issued a tender for VoLTE encryption communication service platform recently. The platform aims to offer encryption communication service and key management, trans-flash card offline key injection and service operation & maintenance based on that.
China Mobile has launched VoLTE in 273 cities in China and gained over 18 million VoLTE subscribers by July 2016 while the commercial rollouts of VoLTE were planned in 260 cities in 2016. China Mobile has done its job and then some.
