Since October 1st, 2015, the three major operators in China, namely China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom, have separately launched the “no clearance of the remained traffic data” services. After two months of implementation of this program, although customers are enjoying the benefits, many people are complaining that the traffic data consumption seems to be faster and “slipping away of the traffic data” often occurs.

Last week, the social survey center of China Youth Daily conducted a survey on 1,052 people, which shows that 20.9% of the respondents are not satisfied with the “no clearance of the remained traffic data” service of the operators, while 49% said directly that this service lacks sincerity; 48.1% of the respondents regard the “slipping away of traffic data” as a general phenomenon of smartphones and 59.3% of them suggest that the traffic data switch should be switched off when consumers are not suffering the Internet.

According to the results of the survey, since the launch of this service in October, 37.6% of the respondents are satisfied with it, 41.5% feels just so-so while 20.9% are not satisfied.
