In the morning of today(August 24th), China Mobile, China Unicom and China Telecom separately held internal meetings, announcing “exchange of the leaders”. Just like the news leaked in last week, the former chairman Xi Guohua will retire from China Mobile, and the vice minister of MIIT Shang Bing takes this position; China Telecom and China Unicom swap their leaders, namely Wang Xiaochu is transferred as chairman of China Unicom and Chang Xiaobing as chairman of China Telecom.
At present, Wang Xiaochu has officially left China Telecom and took the position in China Unicom. China Unicom also held a farewell party for Chang Xiaobing.
