China Telecom released the operation data of December 2014. Data shows that net increase of mobile subscribers was 1.48 million in December 2014 in China Telecom, and the annual cumulative net increase is of 40,000, in the efforts of 2H2014, the subscribers of China Telecom finally changed from declining to net increase in 2014.
In the aspect of 3G subscribers, 2 million new subscribers were developed in December 2014 in China Telecom, reaching 155.2 million in total.
In the fixed network, new broadband subscribers were 360,000 in December 2014 and 6.85 million in the whole year, reaching 106.95 million in total; the local fixed telephone subscribers reduced 960,000 in December 2014 and 12.24 million in the whole year, maintaining 143.56 million in total.
