Deputy general manager of China Mobile Tang Jianfeng said on Wednesday, that sales of China Mobile TD-LTE devices have reached 70 million units and are expected to reach 100 million by the end of the year. TD-LTE devices are expected to reach about 800 types by the end of the year, of which mobile phones are 700 with 131 cooperation brands.
In 2014, shipments of China Mobile self-owned brand mobile phones are expected to reach 1.3 million, among which the shipments of M811 has already reached 800,000, setting a new record of sales of China Mobile self-owned brand devices; M812 is expected to reach a shipment of 500,000, of which 300,000 have been delivered. In addition, shipment of China Mobile self-owned brand MiFi is about 400,000.
Tang Jianfeng also disclosed that China Mobile is positively expanding oversea markets for its self-owned brand mobile phones, it has and will achieve sales in France, Spain, Hongkong, Pakistan, Thailand and others. "China Mobile's purpose is to promote the outlet of TDD technologies, and genuinely realize the integration of TDD and FDD networks."
