Ali Telecom declared they will open 1700 segment of China telecom net booking services. On November 11 in 2104, Ali Telecom will begin to open 700,000 new phone number sources which have the same price as before. The new SIM cards are on China Telecom’s 3G CDMA2000 network system and will be accessible in 50 major cities throughout the country.
The new 1700 numbers of China Telecom have the same price with 1709 segment of China Unicom. In spite of £¤7 which is guaranteed consumption monthly, there are no fees, no rent and no roaming for consumers. It is noted that phone answer will never be charged all over the country. Voice and test message will be charged as the way like Internet surfing(£¤0.125-0.2/M, £¤0 as started billing). The charge will be claimed according to how much you consume.
Ali Telecom is one of the first MVNOs which obtained licenses and has three main operators’ resale qualifications currently. 1700 segment is from China Telecom, 1705 from China Mobile and 1709 from China Unicom. Ali Telecom issued a "heart" brand, and started 1709 segment of China Unicom appointments on May 12. There were about 170,000 people pouring into the booking platform and booking the number. It is also know that the resale business of Ali Telecom with China Mobile is in the docking.
