On a recent conference, the expert from the Institute of Network Research of China Unicom Ma Hongbing talked about the current development of China Unicom mobile service resale business, by the end of July, the 12 enterprises that have opened mobile service resale business of China Unicom have developed 180,000 subscribers.
In 2013, China Unicom signed mobile resale agreements with 14 enterprises, and signed with another 11 enterprises from January to July in 2014; in May of 2014, the first cooperative enterprise began the large-scale number allocation, by the end of July 2014, China Unicom has opened resale business for 12 enterprises, and have developed 180,000 subscribers.
Ma Hongbing said, with the development of mobile Internet, China Unicom will continue to promote the opening of its WO+ abilities, now it has get access of more than 300 applications from about 100 cooperation partners; at the same time, it will enhance the integration with APP products, at present, China Unicom has achieved cooperation of "telecom business + Internet business" with 48 APPs of third parties.
