Maroc Telecom has reached 10,000 IPTV subscribers contributing to a growth in profitability at the Morocco telco.
The service launched in August 2006 and was constructed by the Chinese developer Huawei. The company has also worked on projects in Thailand, Ukraine, Serbia, Montenegro and China’s Guangdong province.
As a whole the Maroc Telecom group reported revenues of MAD29,521m (€2,656.09m), up 7%, to which mobile services were a major contributor.
