* Says keen to strengthen position in Brazil, reaffirms commitment to Argentina

* Sees 2009 consolidated revenues and organic EBITDA in line with 2008, investments around 4.8 billion euros

* Sees significant debt reduction, to cut net debt/EBITDA ratio for 2011 to 2.3 from about 3 in 2008

* Sees revenues growing 3 percent annually and EBITDA margin exceeding 39 percent for the 2009-2011 period.
