Cable & Wireless and the Vietnam Data Communication Company (VDC), a subsidiary of VNPT, have announced an extension to their partnership with the signing of a service agreement to deliver IP VPN services. According to a statement, Cable & Wireless will offer on-net IP-based Virtual Private Network (VPN) services with quality-of-service (QoS) to VDC’s customers. As part of the agreement, Cable & Wireless has upgraded its point-of-presence (PoP) network node coverage in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
