In a blow to China Mobile, the company's leader conceded that its TD-SCDMA 3G mobile technology remained "a few years behind" the two other global CDMA standards its rivals have adopted. Chairman and CEO Wang Jianzhou said Wednesday that "network operation is normal but there are still a lot of problems. Problems remain in handset choices, quality, performance and prices, where most users complained."
