Telecom Italia completes Alice France sale - Carrier\cn-c114 бк C114

Telecom Italia has completed the sale of its French broadband unit Alice France to Iliad for EUR775 million. In a statement Telecom Italia said the transaction will allow it to reduce its net debt by about EUR750 million. The Italian company’s debt pile stood at EUR37.17 billion at the end of June.
