ValCom, Inc. announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire SatCom Scientific Inc. (SSI), a company manufacturing mobile satellite trucks for government agencies and broadcasters worldwide. The stock/cash acquisition is scheduled to close on or before September 30, 2008 and will increase ValCom's revenue by 7.5 million dollars.
