Carriers gain access to Airvana CDMA EV-DO software upgrade

Airvana has upgraded its software to enable carriers to expand capacity and speed development of next-generation services. In upgrading its CDMA 1xEV-DO mobile broadband infrastructure, Airvana is letting operators expand the number of sites held in a cluster, a step designed to help operators manage sessions as customers travel across cell boundaries.
