MTN-Reliance Talks Are Clouded by Feud

South Africa's MTN Group Ltd. is concerned that a feud between the two brothers that control Reliance Group companies may jeopardize the continuing merger talks between MTN and Reliance Communications Ltd., said people familiar with the situation.

"MTN and R-Com are still talking but the feud between the two Ambani brothers is getting serious and may derail the deal," one person said.
