According to Japanese media, Japan¨s largest
PHS (Personal Handy-Phone System) operator Willcom will partner with Chinese telecom operator China Netcom to promote PHS data services. With help from Willcom, China Netcom will start providing mobile data services to its PHS users prior to the 2008 Beijing Olympics.
