MIIT recently made the announcement of approving of China Mobile using Chinasat 10 Satellite Communication System to carry out airborne communication service test in Ku Band.
It is reported that the Airborne Satellite Communication Network of China Mobile consists of satellite master station, satellite network, business operation management system and other parts.
