As reported, Hainan was chosen as the pilot region before, in this year, it is acquired to achieve the goal that the number porting success rate should exceed 70% in the first half of 2015, and expand to the other regions based on the experiences accumulated in this stage.
It is reported that the success rate of number porting has reached 63% in Hainan province at present.
