MII may now favor CMMB over T-MMB - Policy\cn-c114 бк C114

China's Ministry of Industry and Informatization (MII) is encouraging cooperation between the CMMB (China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting) mobile TV standard and TD-SCDMA 3G technology and does not favor T-MMB (Terrestrial-Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting), which is soon to become China's official national standard, a source close to the government said yesterday.
