Intra-circle roaming pacts given green light - Policy\cn-c114 бк C114

The Indian government, via the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) will allow mobile operators to enter into intra-circle roaming agreements with each other, reports the Economic Times. This move will help new players who have yet to roll out networks and those which do not have national licences.
