CATR predicted that users' the migration to 4G in China will have basically finished by 2017, in which 4G users will account for over 80 percent, up from 57.9 percent in last year.
Mobile data traffic will continue to grow tremendously this year, it is expected that mobile traffic data consumption per user per month will reach 2000MB in 2017.
In addition, users of fixed broadband will migrate to high-speed network, among which 60 percent will access those of over 50MB in 2017, increasing from 38 percent in last year.
This will help generate a steady growth in the revenue of major telecommunication services, which is estimated to be 5.5 percent in 2017.
