China Mobile announced the operation data of December 2014 on 20th January 2015. The data shows that 4G subscribers kept a rapid and sustained growth in China Mobile, which added 18.834 million new 4G subscribers in November, reaching 90.064 million in total, and this significantly exceeded its original goal of developing 70 million 4G subscribers in 2014.
The announcement shows that 3G subscribers reached 246 million in China Mobile by the end of December 2014, with a net increase of 3.566 million compared with November 2014. On the other hand, 2.778 million new mobile subscribers were added in December 2014, reaching 806.634 million in total.
