Since December 4th of 2013 MIIT released 4G license, until the end of October, China Mobile 4G subscribers have broken through 50 million and completed annual subscriber development plans 60 days earlier in advance.
Until the end of October, China Mobile has deployed 570,000 4G base stations, which are more than the total amount of 3G network construction in six years, covering more than 300 cities and basically reaches the coverage among cities above the county level and developed villages with 75% population coverage and realizes 4G roaming in America, Hong Kong and other 27 cities or regions to offer carefree experience with high speed and wide coverage for more clients.
Since earlier stage of 4G development to the end of October, the number of 4G phones which support China Mobile network have added from 20 to 520, including 360 smartphones around CNY 1000, more than 200 customized phone and M811, M812--the China Mobile own brand devices. The enriched products like data card, MIFI, CPE, dual sim mobile phone, wearable products provide multiple choices for clients.
Based on more and more mature 4G industry chain, China Mobile has promotes 4G international development actively. Until the end of October, the GTI which initiated by China Mobile already has 114 operators members and 95 manufacturers partners, and there are 42 TD-LTE commercial networks has been launched in 26 countries globally and other 76 commercial networks are in deployment.
