Only China Unicom has received the notice of mixed ownership reform among the three state-run operators in China, which China Mobile pays great attention to though it hasn't got any announcement of that from the Chinese government, Shang Bing, chairman of China Mobile said at the company's shareholder conference on May 25.
Mr. Shang also noted that the next two years are very important to reform deepening in the telecom industry during which the three major operators can expand the connection scale and consolidate the development. China Mobile has so far achieved 68 percent of China's 4G users and is eager to get the FDD license.
